Running business automation experiments to find out how much can operate without people, and trading my own capital. The software I build for myself is the same software I end up building for everyone else, which is the point.

• Two business automation experiments, running in deliberately different markets so the answer isn't a fluke of one niche. The question is how much of a business can be operated end to end by AI, with revenue landing and customers served and nobody on staff. Both are profitable at a tiny scale.
• Loom. A meta-orchestrator that drives coding agents in closed, self-verifying loops with worktree isolation, tiered verification and visual sign-off gates. This is what the companies above run on.
• Ten years trading my own capital, and the Trading Command Center I built around my own research process.

Shawn Aronson built W3 to give founder-led and owner-operated companies between $5M and $50M the finance function they cannot yet hire. Isotropic Solutions and I joined to bring the automation underneath it.
