About

Adam
Roozen.

Strategic advisor for AI strategy, digital commerce transformation, and board & executive advisory. Nearly 30 years of operating experience from Walmart and Sam's Club to founding a 200-person global digital agency.

Who Adam Roozen is

Adam Roozen is a strategic advisor who helps companies navigate significant technology transitions, particularly around AI adoption, digital commerce transformation, and enterprise technology strategy. He works directly with founders, CEOs, executive teams, and boards.

What distinguishes Adam's work is the depth of operating experience behind it. He has built and led digital commerce at global scale. Not studied it, not consulted on it from a distance. He was inside the organizations making the decisions that he now advises on.

At Sam's Club, he ran e-commerce marketing for a $700M channel during a period of transformational growth. At Echidna, he co-founded and scaled a global digital agency to 200+ employees serving some of the world's best-known retail brands. He knows what it takes to move an organization through a technology inflection point because he has done it, repeatedly, at scale, with real consequences.

His current advisory work focuses on the AI inflection, helping organizations understand where AI creates genuine business value, build the infrastructure and governance to deploy it, and sequence investments to create durable advantage rather than just running experiments.

How Adam works

Adam works directly with leadership. Not through teams of junior associates. Every engagement involves direct access to Adam's thinking, experience, and judgment.

He is selective about who he works with. The engagements that produce the best results are with organizations that have a genuine problem and a leadership team committed to solving it. Not companies looking for a slide deck to justify a decision that's already been made.

Engagements range from focused advisory sessions and strategy sprints to ongoing retained relationships with boards and executive teams. The right structure depends on the problem.
